I cannot begin to describe how happy I was with my niece's bridal shower cake. The whole ordering/payment process was done electronically. I sent them a picture of the cake, they sent me an invoice with the price. I sent payment. I picked the cake up on Sunday, October 2. The cake was exactly like the picture I had given them! What User doesn't like about Delicity Cakes:
They won't answer. Texts and emails to an already placed order are ignored. You will not get a picture of the design of your cake. The only time they reacted was to send their Paypal. Not a fraud, just really bad communication skills. Abel is a nice guy, but good luck communicating with him after you hit him first. I don't know how the cake tastes or looks because after two months we cancelled them without answer. View all feedback.
