My parents used to love coming here to get the broken rice with the 10 items. Cleanliness isn't the best here, but the food is decent. Not the best broken rice or pho I've ever had, but not a bad value and very local. I personally only get the com tam here to-go, and for the price, it's not a bad value. Flavor is decent and portion is good. Overall score: 3.5/5 View all feedback.
