This restaurant offers the best selection of Hong Kong-style drinks, dishes, and entrees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service is consistently pleasant, with the wait staff being some of the nicest people you'll find in any Hong Kong-style restaurant. They are always polite and respectful. I'm removing E.A.T. Bistro from my list of breakfast spots. The thousand year old egg and pork porridge was lacking flavor, too watery, and had barely any egg. I usually prefer Chan Kee for porridge, and this one doesn't compare. The milk tea was excellent, though.
