Small problems that were addressed immediately regarding billing. Called reached front desk issue was investigated and matter solved now just waiting on refund. Overall decent customer experience minus the error View all feedback.

I checked in and front desk asked me if I wanted daily housekeeping service. I told her that I did. Never got it. I had to call everyday for that service. Then everytime I left my room, upon return, my room key was demagnetized. Never had it close to my phone as they instructed. Then I noticed the hotel charged me for my entire stay upon checking in.
