Schulze's -b-que - Rosenberg

I tried the brisket sausage at this restaurant. The only issue I had was that the brisket was a bit dry and didn't have the smoky flavor I was hoping for. The baked potato salad was tasty. My mother didn't have any complaints about her brisket sandwich, except that it wasn't cut the way she asked for. The potato salad tasted like it was covered in mustard, and the baked beans were decent. Overall, the food was okay for the price. It's a plus that they're open on Sundays.

If you are looking for friendly service and a variety of delicious food choices, this is the place to go. It was my first time dining here and the food appeared to be fresh. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. I ordered the brisket and rib meal combination dinner and I must say, the meat was tender and flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant. They also cater to large events.

I love this restaurant! I ordered the ribs brisket plate with potato casserole and okra. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. I come from Poteet, Texas and always stop by on my way home from visiting relatives. This is my only break for lunch before heading home, and I always make sure to take some extras home for dinner.

This place is excellent. I am convinced that all bad reviews have actually happened here in an alternative universe and should therefore not be taken into account. Great service, great food and great atmosphere. Best little BBQ connection I've ever had down my hands. If you're hungry or disappointed, you've done something wrong!

If you are somewhere around Richmond or Rosenberg, this place is a must. Top Notch BBQ and you need to have the baked potato casserole.
