Slow service. One person on register, one baking, other 4 people just standing around laughing, talking loud. Was a turn off.
Buns here are on point!
I love this place. Everything tastes so good, and the employees are friendly and happy.
Update 9/7:Customer service is still terrible. Some of the employees are just gossiping and talking bad about other employees and I’m just trying to get a Cinna...

"This is one the best restaurants in the area. It is great for a date night or a small group. You order a bunch of small plates that are delicious and share. The T.O.P.P. garlic bread and jerk chicken were on point tonight. For dessert we had the maple butter tart which was also amazing. Also the cocktails were very well done."

"Great place if all you want is a basic bagel. Bagels are so good on their own but I always get the Vegan Special which is a bagel with cream cheese and fresh veggies on it. Veggies are always ripe and crisp and flavorful. They 're generous with the spreads and toppings. I reccomend the garlic bagel and rosemary bagel but all that I 've tried are great. Lines are always long on weekends so I reccomend ordering ahead of time online (which will likely have 1st availability for pickup an hour out). Kind of annoying that it 's time consuming for a bagel but... honestly still worth it. Usuallt fully staffed with all hands on deck, they are all nice and work hard to keep things efficient. I was impressed when I ordered in store last time as the worker put on a new pair of gloves and was meticulous while making my sandwich with care. Would definitely be better if we had some vegan egg/sausage/cheese type options but cream cheese will do for now. They also have fresh fruit cups, coffee, juices, kombuchas, etc. available for purchase."

"Have been wanting to try Goblin for a while. My daughter and I were very happy. Very friendly staff. We had the barbecue eel bowl, seaweed salad, caterpillar role, and dragon role. The food quality and taste were on point with what I expected based on reviews. We ate in and we're given a sample of a scrumptious sample. Not sure it's on the menu, but it should be. Very clean and cute decor. Will certainly be back."

"I live behind this panda. I'll get it for myself occasionally, as this is the only place near the Chinese foods to eat sick. (Asian places are so hit and miss chickens always underused). I'll come here and get things for other people. So literally here every day. I know the workers recognize me and laugh this every day. But they were nice. No complaints about the food. Sometimes it gets absolutely fresh (only cooked), sometimes it is not so fresh. But still good. And my family never complains when I get it for her and we all eat almost the same. No complaints compared to other fast food places nearby where I had some bad experiences."

"I went and waited to meet a friend my waitress was not very attentive she has me a cup of coffee that was only warm never back to check on me or refresh my coffee. When my friend arrived, I had to ask another waitress to get our waitress. She wasn't very attentive yet. I can say without a doubt that the food we got was hot and delicious! Double blueberry pancakes let me tell you that the best pancakes I ever had!!! It wasn't for the waitress I had given 5 stars. The restaurant was very clean and the food was fresh and hot on arrival. will be back for these pancakes. lol.i never had a bad meal here in Roseville Mich. Thank you, Bob Evans."
