This place serves pretty good rams. About half an hour after opening. Service was nice, but you know that they are short employees, so no problem to wait. Had a hearty bowl of the comminuted Char Siu-Ramen, who said it was sharp, but definitely a mild or less even. Nevertheless, the broth was very good, noodles and toppings were perfect.
