I was with a friend on the way out of the shopping center. my double espresso came up the same way. the cappuccino of my friend took forever. I wouldn't normally be mad, but instead of making the drink of my friend, they made a mixed drink for another mall employee. who ordered after us, and who kept the staff all the time, slowed down the things.
