"Our host at Casa di Lucia recommended El Gato and we walked across to it on our first night. We sat outside so no furniture problems...another review and had main courses and desserts. I had turbot I was asked when it came to the table if I’d like it boning... I said yes and there was not a bone on my plate , my partner had mixed seafood. We were both very happy with the food and accompaniments, including the mixed salads which were extras. Was it the best ever? I'm too old to recall ever fish or seafood dish I’ve ever eaten but it was very good. After the ensuing sorbets, coffee and grappa the offering of the usual limoncello or grappa after il conto was appreciated and relished too."

"Visited last August on advice of a local friend! Exceptional! fresh fish cooked by God with local products! To try absolutely the mussels with tomato and cheese, the eel and canestrelli! A little lost but this is also part of its peculiarity! You deserve to be tried"
