I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was saucy, yummy, and tasty. The manager personally assisted me to ensure my portion sizes were excellent. I didn't feel rushed and was able to pick out everything I wanted. The only downside was that the rice was a bit hard, but that seems to be a common issue at hotheads. This is hands down the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. We have filed our complaints with the company's headquarters and the owner via email, and will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau regarding the unsanitary conditions and utter lack of respect shown towards customers.
