Selected this restaurant as recommended by our local accommodation and very dog friendly. Reserved a table a couple of hours in advance and we were seated in the library. Very comfortable surroundings. Waiting staff were friendly and attentive. Menu suited us and for the quality of food served we felt was very reasonable. Definitely on our list for a return visit. read more.

Sunday lunch the food was excellent. However, and it was a big however, the service was awful. The taking of orders was slow to come. The delivery of food took much longer than it should have done. The clearing of dishes was extraordinarily slow and was done a couple of dishes at a time and never completed.
