We have always ate here and the food has been delicious. Tonight we went and the service was not friendly. We ordered a small and single pizzas. People came in 15 after us and got their pizza and breadsticks and we hadn’t gotten ours yet. My husband went out to ask and still had to wait. When they brought our food it was barely warm. "Food and drinks are AMAZING. Can never go wrong with a pineapple on the head and a slice of cheesecake. Great atmosphere, love it!! The employees are always amazing and know you with names! Always clean and welcoming! But at a time, the General Manager, I think his name was Chandler, made a bad comment to my cousin when she asked for a refill on an alcoholic beverage. He had rolled his eyes and asked them if she had a drinking problem under his breath. Therefore, the 4 star rating. This comment upsets her and I very much, but I am a very vain person, so I decided to give him another shot. This has been forgiven and is in no way a reflection of the staff at Brick and Mörtel. But I will always love my hometown pub!"
