Not sure whether it's a personal or what, but if they expect through the drive-thru, wait at least 30 minutes, even with one or two cars in the line. I was in the opposite and wanted a milkshake urgently. it was 10 o'clock, the interior of the restaurant was empty and there was a car in the drive-thru.
