"Hotel and pool are very beautiful. But in the restaurant there is a lot of staff around, but first of all, only a few understand German or English and the guest has to serve himself partly because service is just as it is. "We found the load at our second of five days in Rothenburg and have been here every day. the staff is friendly and helpful and is managed by a young family. the caffe has several large open spaces, making it stand out from most caffes of the city. if they want to be more in the open, a beautiful courtyard is also available."
