it was nice to find a place on the sea with so many options. the vegan burger was great for a quick lunch, but there were other vegan options as well as at least one cake. coffee was available with milk. View all feedback.

What PennyPurples doesn't like about Sovereign Light Cafe:
2-Jul-23: Visited for lunch and had an excellent sausage and egg bap: just what I needed after a long walk. It's a traditional old school cafe, a bit rough around the edges, but they know how to knock out a decent breakfast bap. It does get very busy and can be rather too hot inside in good weather (no ventilation) but outside or take away to sit on nearby benches is great. They're clearly understaffed and sometimes wait times or table clearing can suffer as a result, but that wouldn't stop me returning as the location is fab.
