I think that was the worst thing we ever had. all foods were made from frozen products and when it arrived at our table, it was still cold. I think it was all stabbed on a plate, then placed in microwave. the bark was like leather. we waited for an hour. there was not the dog. I usually don't complain, but that was bad. got a refund.
