Went for a meal here. Was OK.... the wait time was a bit lengthy for food from menu but carvery was good timing. Ordered buttermilk burger with no mayo.... it came out a bit late about 25 mins and when it turned up it was alright... now I know I said no mayo but the salad that came with the burger was 1 piece of rubbery lettuce and a piece of onion. "Took my mum and aunt who are both in their 80s for afternoon tea. We had choice of two sandwich fillings from a choice of 8. Then either fruit or plain scone followed by big wedge of cake. Again from a choice of several. All food is prepared to order and all home made. Owner very pleasant and service excellent. We sat in the back room which had lively background music which my family sung along too. It was quite full so made for a lively atmosphere. Our second visit and we will return"
