What User doesn't like about Gilden:
a little disappointed by the formula of the noon, a very minimalist portion, especially the dessert that was 1 basket of strawberries served in a thin rectangle, it was hardly the taste that is not at the height of the evening dishes. Moreover, the carrot purée was too liquid and lacked consistency! Maybe better. View all feedback.
