"The beautiful discovery on Rouen. Seasonal products cooked with a lot of originality (candied panais, topinambours cream, Colonnata bacon, almost a calf with perfect cooking. What to say desserts, the sublime with the Moroccan crêpe, apple shades and the mellow chocolate revisited and its light mint cream. Very affordable wine map. A welcome and exemplary service. Bravo to the leader and his "team" for this rediscovery of some vegetables and the originality of their preparations. Dign of the greatest...
