missed lunch due to a long trip and no caffes on the last 100 miles when the carbahn. after check in my hotel went for a walk and found this great caffe. very busy in the sun, but a small table. chaos everywhere. we waited 30 minutes before someone noticed us on the terrace. but just asking if we want to pay? the order was difficult to enter and exit the workers without any significant task. After 45 minutes we got the food we ordered. 2 simple salads. it was another challenge to pay. Rude employees just agreed that they had problems and left behind. terrible. View all feedback.
We had extremely poor service at this establishment. The waitress was aloof and snooty. There are much better choices.
