"Historic restaurant since 1845, I always go here when I'm in Gstaad. Swiss chalet atmosphere, impeccable service. French, German or English spoken fluently by all waiters and waitresses. "The kitchen is excellent, the service is good, but then what inconstance in the menu. amusing mouth and the 2 entries followed almost in gust but more than 1 hour waiting for the main dish! What a shame. because the dishes are fine and the products are of quality. We recommend it anyway."
