Don’t bother using the mobile app to order ahead. 9 times out of 10 my order isn’t even started when I get to the store. When I go to the pick up counter they ask what I’m waiting for, when I tell them they act like they had no idea I even placed an order. And even then my order ends up being wrong. Stinks because this is the only Dunkin’ on my way to work. Time to switch to Starbucks! View all feedback.
