The waitress was very kind, the food was excellent, the wine pairings were excellent. The bar and cocktail sector allowed us to taste three gems, even though we are not particularly fond of them, but here we are talking about mixology, a step higher than the usual aperitif. Definitely worth taking into consideration. A little pricey, but we were aware of it and the quality of the raw materials and the creativity that can be felt on the palate, the refined environment which is practically part of the magnificent Piazza Cavour in Rovato justifies the price.
