"In the course of two weeks driving around northern Italy this was our best and most reasonably priced meal. The owner explained that the entire staff is female and I think this explains the quality and the attention to every culinary detail. The menu is highly original, the wine list excellent, with lots of local wines to choose from. The service is admittedly slow, but we didn’t care. We were happy to wait for the next surprise."

"A good dough compared to the average of the local offer with an excellent selection of ingredients and original flavor combinations also choose seasonal products. Update: I finally tried the shovel and it deserved the additional star. Melter and crispy dough, I am not sure whether it was a multigrain or a 1/2-type, but the taste of the accused was very good. Besides the combination of ingredients of the three selected flavors."
