What is not to love. This is my second time. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the food is so delicious. Chips and salsa are fresh and spicy. I couldn't stop eating chips and salsa they were very addicted. The food was very good and hot and the price was reasonable. I can't wait to go back. I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant. This place is okay. The mole was not authentic. It tasted more like Chile Colorado. But the Guiso de puerco was quite delicious. Queso's good too. We could go back. read more.

"Finally made it to Sammy Lou's! The ribs brisket were absolutely delicious the CFS was pretty good. We decided to get a pound of brisket to go and it was so melt in your mouth. Made it back about a week later and had the meatloaf 3 meat trio (ribs both sausages). The meatloaf was good, a bit warm on one end and got hotter at the other. If I try it again, will take it with the red gravy to see if there's any real difference. Both sausages were very tasty and the ribs were awesome, again. We skipped dessert but did take a pound of brisket home."
