"Disappointed with the service. I never felt embarrased bringing my family to this place. We ordered in advance thinking they will have our order by then, but we waited for another hour. Nag ask pa kmo kng what time iserve. There were many complaints from different costumers at that time as well."

"The service crew is awful. Not smiling, not accomodating, impolite, literally slammed our change on the table. I mean whats up with u guys? Very poor customer service. I could have given both of them a rating if there was such option. Coffee and food is great though. But definitely not coming back"

"We booked for pax for our special day, amun guest was only pax We were shocked na wala nabilin bisan gagmay ang servings per person even ang refill. Caterer insisted take outs were made for families, pero in fact wala. Numerous negative feedbacks were received from our guests nga natipid ang serving bisan gamay lg sila. Hope it won’t happen to others next time. We gave our trust but was disappointed."

"We checked for recommendations on where to eat in Roxas City after our adventure in Islas de Gigantes. We saw in a FB group that there are couple of Dampa in the Baybay and found this. However, food was a bit pricy(expectation was a bit cheaper for a seafood capital). Also the food is not as tasty vs other Dampa we’ve tried( anyways, the sizzling squid was great)."
