Totally super. Food was great. I must acknowledge that the soups were fantastic. Service was great. I appreciate it when the waiter puts my wine on ice. I hate to wait for them to return with my bottle. He was kind and helpful with my questions. I am a food problem child with questions. The atmosphere was fantastic. I can't wait to return. That day we came, it was very humid outside about 90 degrees. When we went to the restaurant, it was literally cold. Even the front check in person said it. AC rays had it feeling like 62-65 degrees inside. Waitress seemed to hurry. We had ordered bread, appetizers and dinners asking if we wanted to place the order and we had only served for 17 minutes. Wasn't very personal or even asked if we had been there. Cesar s... View all feedback.
We wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday with family and friends and thought it was a great choice, but was incredibly disappointed. Service was incredibly slow for our apps and entrees. When we got bread for the first time, we didn't get a cute. No big deal, but if we asked another staff to get it, it took a while to get it. The appetizers of dynamite shrimps and filled mushrooms tasted good, but were small portions. Then the server repeatedly brought bread, so we knew that we would wait long (like an hour) for our main places. Now for the Entreen? almost everyone was thrilled to order the Caribbean dishes, where you two entrees because of the variety it offered, BUT, when we got the plates the food was so tiny portions we all thought it was a joke! For $28 a plate, each of us were completely disappointed. Only three small pieces of stuffed shrimp, tiny flowers of overcooked salmon or grilled corn, microscopic piece of chicken, and a small piece of coconut in the middle among our combo plates. The server was friendly, but he never even came to apologize for the delay or showed sincerity. The overall experience was a huge renunciation after spending over $200, which should be a special night for my mother. We were all hungry and very embarrassed for our friends who joined us so we had to eat more food at home. In the end, the server has clearly not read our visual disappointment and tried to encourage us to connect the reward program after we paid the check and say something along the lines of joining the reward program when we are frequent diners in the future. I work in the restaurant industry, but that was an open experience for what should be an excellent culinary experience.
Bread and service was good. While in the bathroom I witnessed a kitchen employee come out the stall and did not even think to wash his hands ??. Then I was sat near a server station in which a server was there just digging away in her nose in front of guests while working ??. I prayed for the health of the people that were served here
We went for my son?s 18th birthday. The waitress was nice the food was good. We really enjoyed ourselves and will dine again. Their appetizers and soups are delicious! We enjoyed the lobster and shrimp pasta and the crab stuffed shrimp. The bread they serve with casino butter is amazing.
To start the ambience is amazing. This place is totally a vibe. The different assortment of seating can really determine the type of night you have. The food was well prepared, did not take long, and came out fresh. The most unexpected part of the night was the pricing. For such a dope experience, you're paying little to nothing.
We've dined here twice and this establishment will definitely be added to our rotation. We crave the bread pudding (Not pictured) and sometimes just want to go there for dessert. All dishes we tried were presented just as described and flavors and texture were spot on. Seating is comfortable and service is efficient and non intrusive. The only downside is in the main dining area we felt the two tops were a little too close.
