"Great place if all you want is a basic bagel. Bagels are so good on their own but I always get the Vegan Special which is a bagel with cream cheese and fresh veggies on it. Veggies are always ripe and crisp and flavorful. They 're generous with the spreads and toppings. I reccomend the garlic bagel and rosemary bagel but all that I 've tried are great. Lines are always long on weekends so I reccomend ordering ahead of time online (which will likely have 1st availability for pickup an hour out). Kind of annoying that it 's time consuming for a bagel but... honestly still worth it. Usuallt fully staffed with all hands on deck, they are all nice and work hard to keep things efficient. I was impressed when I ordered in store last time as the worker put on a new pair of gloves and was meticulous while making my sandwich with care. Would definitely be better if we had some vegan egg/sausage/cheese type options but cream cheese will do for now. They also have fresh fruit cups, coffee, juices, kombuchas, etc. available for purchase."

"We have always gotten the special smoked salmon and it is delicious it is like the brined cucumber that you get before you eat with not super fishy smoked salmon and besides that the pink panther roll is very yummy alongside with the dragon and the Michigan roll.Make sure you at some point try the ramen (don't try to eat the whole thing) it is plenty of food and can be shared between 2 people easily COME HERE SOON!!!!!!"

"Sadly my first impression of Edo felt like a slap in the face. I reserved well in advance to attend a private event and when I arrived with my guest, the service from the Manager, who took my reservation, was horrible and unprofessional. Upon my arrival, I was told my reservation was canceled by the manager without a request from me and given to someone else without my knowledge. I was livid and felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. I wanted to support my friends event and did not want to cause a scene. The Manager had my number in his book of reservation and he stated he called me the day before to confirm...from his personal number... that I did not recognize. His message never stated my reservation would be canceled! What kind of policy is that??? Needless to say, stayed to support my friend 's event but in no way patronized the establishment. I ordered nothing! The kind staff member who sat us outside and away from the event until a table could be found by someone who didn 't show stated the Manager is a @head. He showed no consideration or care. I will not be back!!"

"I would have rated higher because they have good coffee, desserts, and outlets everywhere in the space. I did not enjoy seeing a homeless man sleeping on their lounge chair and no one saying anything, only for a second homeless man yelling to walk in. This isn 't the place for a customer to see homeless people. They could have bed bugs or scabies, and then your customers sit on the chairs after them. Also, I was not too fond of the fact the floor was disgusting. It looks like it has yet to be swept. There is hair, nasty stains, and crumbs everywhere. The coffee shop needs to be cleaner. I ordered a coffee to dine in, and they handed me a paper cup. When I asked for a glass cup, the staff said, they ran out of glass cups when I could visibly see clean cups in front of them. The paper cup was hot and hard to hold onto, and she handed me a sleeve that didn 't even fit the paper cup. How does a coffee shop run out of glass cups?????? Please explain this......or is it that the staff don 't want to wash any more glass cups???"
