"Great place if all you want is a basic bagel. Bagels are so good on their own but I always get the Vegan Special which is a bagel with cream cheese and fresh veggies on it. Veggies are always ripe and crisp and flavorful. They 're generous with the spreads and toppings. I reccomend the garlic bagel and rosemary bagel but all that I 've tried are great. Lines are always long on weekends so I reccomend ordering ahead of time online (which will likely have 1st availability for pickup an hour out). Kind of annoying that it 's time consuming for a bagel but... honestly still worth it. Usuallt fully staffed with all hands on deck, they are all nice and work hard to keep things efficient. I was impressed when I ordered in store last time as the worker put on a new pair of gloves and was meticulous while making my sandwich with care. Would definitely be better if we had some vegan egg/sausage/cheese type options but cream cheese will do for now. They also have fresh fruit cups, coffee, juices, kombuchas, etc. available for purchase."

"Food is always delicious here! Had a great drink at the bar as well. Bartender was nice, but he was a bit inattentive and was forgetful on multiple occasions. it really took away from the experience but I’ll always go back time and time again because the food is amazing."

"Terrible customer service! only called to ask if the shop could add a small page of ranch to our $50 order, as it was not offered on the online menu, I had to call. I was ready to pay for the $1 sauce by phone. the man who answered was called keith, I tell you that I have never spoken dishonestly in my life. he also ended the call by hanging the phone on me while I spoke. I am seriously disappointed by a company that makes itself so cruel and mean by the love of peace. will never order here again to make sure that my friends are not."

"People rave about this place so I decided to go. Falafel and sauces were good. You can tell they cut up veggies for salads they just weren?t fresh. Maybe we went at a bad time? Rice seemed old too and was bottom of barrel. There was a piece of plasticbaked into our bread which I called to let them know so they can check everything else. The person who put together our foodseemed either sick or tired was very slow and dropping things and didn?t guide the process by letting me know how many thingsI could choose or stating what they were. I only say this because the other employee serving the person behind me was quick andasked them if they wanted things by name and told them ?you can choose 2 sauces?. Probably won?t go back unless they have newowners/employees or a better and even cleaner system going."
