We went to this pub recently for sunday lunch as a party of 7. Pub was full inside but plenty of room in their small beer garden out the back. Enjoyed lunch tremendously although it was a bit pricey for a pub. The pub has won awards for its food and the majority of the menu is more restaurant dishes than the usual pub fare. Went here due to good reviews but was a bit disappointed with food. Pie was a bit more like a soup with a soggy top, and what seemed a bit of stingy portion of mussels. Nice chilled atmosphere and friendly staff but wouldn't go back. View all feedback.
