"What a place good food and amazing entertainment, in the form of song from the servant. Current owner (cook) and his brother (serve) manages the place with good style. We have been in summer, where we have sat on the lawn, today it was enough cold enough, so we sat inside the restaurant, which is also cozy."

"If you come to Denmark and you do not stay at Stella Maris then you have missed something special. From the food to the rooms and the view and location, all were wonderful, but the best thing are the staff they are exceptional. This was our first time to Denmark and we will come back again soon, and definitely be staying at this hotel again. Not to be missed!"

"F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C! we had the fish menu with a bottle of Puilly-Fuissé vieilles vignes. a perfect combination. the dishes were brilliantly presented and prepared from beginning to end. the meal I have kept in the course of the years is the best eating I had, and this place should be visited by the Michelin inspectors!"
