"My boyfriend and I celebrated our 5th month anniversary at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was accommodating and friendly, (even offered us an English menu! We enjoyed a steak and pasta with a Prosecco cream sauce that was, quite possibly, the most delicious sauce I’ve ever tasted in my life. Pricing was reasonable too. I would highly recommend!"

"We stayed with 4 people in the Yellow House, which is beautifully located in the old town of Eltville. The house is an old building from the 17th century. Century, beautifully renovated and offers a nice backdrop. Largest trump is surely the covered terrace overlooking the vineyards on the Rhine. Here you can also sit comfortably outside if the weather doesn't play like that. The wine is good (recommendation: the semi-dry Riesling selection Yellow house but this is also expected in the Rheingau. The food (rieslingsüppchen, grillsteak or pigs Lende and salmon were qualitatively absolutely fine, but without special subtleties in performance and taste. The price performance ratio is fine, but I would like to consider the food as an average. It was annoying, however, that in the late afternoon we had reserved the table for the evening, so to speak, under the butt. On our question whether we will be thrown out, the service explained that would be so .I don't just think to ask if you still stay or if the table is available from the time in question, would surely be more friendly in the classical sense. Conclusion: A nice location to sit outside with beautiful views and one or more glasses of wine. In order to eat, we would no longer visit the Yellow House."

"Mitten in der Altstadt aber absolut ruhig gelegen befindet sich das Hotel Weinstube Zur Lindenau. Die Zimmer sind top gepflegt und sauber und bieten alles für einen (Kurz)Urlaub. Einige Parkplätze sind für Hotelgäste vorhanden, ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sowohl der gemütliche Innenhof als auch die Weinstube sind sehr einladend und eine gute Auswahl an leckeren Speisen und Getränke runden das Ganze ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen."
