been here 3 times recently after frequenting this area a lot these days. my order is usually pretty simple. 2 sandwiches, no fries and a shake. the same lad served me at the drive thru on my first two visits and he was chatty and friendly and it's nice to get friendly service in the UK rather than the misery we are normally greeted with. ya know.....it's mcdonalds. same all over. its mcdonalds. whats there to say? What Roadstechno doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
One day they may get the order right! Simple they give you a choice to 'customise ' and then seem to ignore it! I am fed up driving back from Dunchurch to McD to complain. Always get a 'sorry ' have some free fries or a sweet NO NO NO JUST GET IT RIGHT! I have to keep going back because the kids like the food..... when the order is correct. Either the Management needs a shake up or staff need some better training. View all feedback.
