absolutely awful from the start. the order took 1 hr and 40 mins. we were called 1 hr after the order and they told us they had no jaffa cake ice cream. we had paid for this all by card and we had a child waiting for this order and it was getting close to bed. we changed the ice cream for cookies and cream however when it arrived it was vanilla. we live on the next street to stop waffling which is concerning consider...
