We visited Dee Dee's as a mother-daughter treat after doing some Christmas shopping. My fussy daughter was desperate to have the topping off the deluxe hot chocolate without the actual drink. Not a request they get every day I'm sure. The kind staff member happily put this into a little dish for her, with a mini gingerbread on top. The staff are nothing but rude, 0 customer service skills, every single time I have been in there the staff are either out the back sat chatting (could see them) or sat at a table gossiping with friends. When they can clearly see us waiting to be served. But the conversation was clearly more important. Plastic cutlery as the dishwasher had broken. No hot food as the oven was broken! (Microwave) !!! Went here for coffee and carrot cake..I thought £3.35 for a slice of cake was pretty steep..especially when you can buy a whole one for under £3..also the cutle...
