If you arrive after 9 pm you’re totally delivered to the robot system. No one is there to assist you with Checkin, finding your room or anything else. Also the emergency phone does not answer. On top of that you’ll be lied to with why there’s no AC in the room. Don’t waste your time and money here and go to a proper hotel with people you can talk to. read more.
