The brisket, and the the rest of the offerings are made in house as are the sides No deserts were available, waiter said they were made elsewhere and they didn't have any for awhile. The brisket was very wet, and we were not offered lean. We used to enjoy coming here, but I I isn't what it used to be. Ruidoso needs a good Texas baroque place and Circle j read more.
