What can I say? I have been visiting this place since I moved to Providence 15 years ago and still come back at least twice a week. I love the relaxed, cozy atmosphere and the very friendly and helpful staff. My kids have grown up coming to Seven Stars for hot chocolate and pastries and meeting friends. This used to be a great bakery. Sadly they are becoming more commercial now and the quality isn’t what it used to be. The last 3 pastries I’ve ordered from her have a burnt flavor. My almond croissant was flat and stale. This may just be the management at the rumford location. read more.
