had a Sunday dinner here because it was only opened for the trade from fri to sun under the lack of personal. at 05:30 clock it went and it was almost full. we had luck having a table on the corner, so our orders placed asap. as usual, there was no wagyu beef available, so ordered an eye filet (crude) and a thick cut pork, an upgrade and a normal set. steaks were ready within a reasonable time frame. the strategy of...
