Located in the middle of the ‘tripes hall’, this small restaurant offers a good selection of meat cuts and also offals. (Sweetbreads etc) The veal head was good but not great; lacking the little kick that makes the difference. Good selection of wines, also by the glass, we enjoyed for instance a red Sancerre that was great. View all feedback.
