Staff friendly even though service was rather slow (one taking orders and another making the drinks). Decaf latte was good. Herbal tea available, too. Busy mid morning with young mums, families with children (school holidays) and people working over laptops. Tables would benefit from being cleared, too. View all feedback.
What dawns448 doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
As we entered and I looked around, I couldn’t help but wonder why it was nearly empty at lunch time. It’s a fair sized Costa coffee shop. We only had drinks while we were there. The person making the drinks was quite slow and to tell the truth, mine wasn’t that hot, I was able to drink it straight away. View all feedback.

The drinks were great and the service was good. However, they could improve on clearing tables faster as it was difficult to find a cleared table.
