"This is one of those places where you can feel like you are in another place. Feels like a big city fancy restaurant and the food is elevated and artistically presented. The atmosphere is very cooking channel but still affordable for average people. It’s located in the old city jail. We always try to dine in the old cell. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5"
