I eat at a lot of Whataburgers in the East Texas area, but I always make sure to stop at this location...just something different. Burgers, fries and everything always super hot and the flavor even seems better here. View all feedback.

What Canae Brown doesn't like about Whataburger:
I went through the drive thru everything was fine until I got home and realized that my fries were not in the bag. I called back and talked to Ella, told her about the issue. Ella tells me that I did receive my fries. I should not have to argue withworkers! I asked to speak to the manager two times and he refused to get on the phone, his name is supposedly Donald.
