What User doesn't like about The Russell Inn:
Just had breakfast at the Russell Inn, the waiter was terrible, not friendly with poor customer service. As for the food i ordered the eggs benedict with soft yokes and when it came out the yokes were hard, sent it back for it to come out with the eggs barely cooked (still a lot of the whites were runny). Wish there was more restuarant choices in Russell as i would not recommend this restaurant at all. View all feedback.
We tried the ham and pineapple pizza at Pizza Hut. We really enjoyed it because it had a generous amount of cheese. Unlike other places, Pizza Hut puts a lot of cheese on their pizzas. It was very satisfying and delicious. Thank you for the great experience!
We grabbed a drink and a meal in the lounge. The pizza from the menu, even though it wasn't from Pizza Hut, was amazing! The service was great, the beer was cold, and the pizza was delicious. What more could you ask for?
A great restaurant in a quaint town and hotel. Good food, and really great service. Tons of menu options and choices, can really get anything you would want. We got a discount because we ordered off the summer menu and not the regular one which was a nice surprise.
Stayed at the Russell Inn so the Family Restaurant was convenient but after visiting we were disappointed. The food was expensive. The portions were adequate but the staff were not on the same level as the hotel staff. Tried the Pizza Hut menu and again found the price expensive and the quality not what I would expect Would suggest trying a different option
Stopped there last week for Pizza Hut pick up. The pizza was so horrible my two kids wouldn’t even eat it. It was tasteless and we even got the stuffed crust pizza. We ordered two different kinds and threw them both out in the end.
