"The way they have the drive-thru lanes and traffic set up are horrible. It makes it hard for someone who is parked to walk to their vehicle without getting hit. The same goes for when you try to pull out of the parking spot. It's like trying to get through a 4 lane highway at rush hour. Parking: Very hard to get out of parking spot to leave because of the confusing traffic for the drive thru. Service: Take out"

"Took FOREVER to get our food and there were only two other customers there, and they both came in after we had already ordered.It was VERY expensive for 3 simple small lunch orders...and they automatically added an 18% gratuit!!! Seriously?!?! This place was definitely NOT $72 worthy!!!This is the 3rd time I've tried this place...the 2nd time was to give them another try bc we all have bad days...the 3rd time was at my sons request.Its still a BIG NO from me.Fast Forward at least a year later: Gave it another try at the new location-Service was still super slow, chicken was dry, and it took forever to check out. The atmosphere is dingy and doesn't feel clean. Tables have scorch marks all over them, so it looked dirty. That's it for me. I tried!"

"Liked the bread and the dipping sauce was better with the oil and garlic. As we got down to the balsamic or vinaigrette it changed,but still ok. My wife had chicken Alfredo and Italian sampler. Food was pretty good and the Italian sampler was full of molten cheese that almost scaled my mouth. We shall return again and try something else on the menu."
