"Finding Noble Village was a stroke of luck, as we were hiking in Skeerpoort with nowhere in the immediate vicinity to enjoy a meal. Set on the riverbank, the restaurant and bar is open plan and we could hear live music being played for the few patrons already seated. A chilled laid back atmosphere during the day and I'm sure it's a party zone at night. Our food arrived fairly quickly after placing the order and we were all satisfied by our meals. The pizzas are really generous topped, as was the fillings in the foot long pie aka calzone. Service was friendly and easy going. "Wow! Visited this restaurant twice on our recent visit to South Africa. We tasted the amazing chilli product which are produced and sold on site which I purchased to bring home to the Uk. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection. The setting is beautiful and I’d highly recommend a visit if you are visiting the area"

"What a nice experience. No set menu, but a nice chili tasting as a starter. Beautiful view from the veranda. There was just one lady working on the day. Place was not busy so she coped, Helen was fantastic."

"Trading Post is a charming little café, situated in a cluster of shops, that includes a seamstress and art gallery (which only add to its charm)! As I was seated early on a winter's morning, I couldn't help but notice that each table has little blankets sitting on the chairs and lots of little personal touches with homemade goodies for sale. After ordering my coffee, they brought me heated refresher towels for you to clean your hands and freshen up.. Marlene, made me feel special from beginning to end! <br/ <br/ THE FOOD: On this visit I selected their generous portion of french toast (with bacon or banana) served with maple syrup/honey. And.. their recommended Biltong Ciabatta for only R50 cottage cheese, avocado, biltong, peppadews with a choice of salad or chips! Very good value for money! <br/ <br/ *Recommendation: With a spacious and comprehensive playground, swings, and a sandpit this spot should definitely be featured in child friendly!"

"On our way back from Magaliesberg, my partner and I stopped by here to have some craft beer and some lunch. The setting is much like a beerhouse with an indoor, outdoor and upstairs (mainly bar area to sit in. They have a decent selection of craft beer and the food was actually quite tasty!! I enjoyed my steak and my partner loved his chicken schnitzel. the service was good and sitting outside in the sun was lovely. Enjoyed ourselves and may stop by if we are in the area again for another drink ;"
