Congratulations to Kyle ? today is his first day working SBUX. Understandably he was having a little trouble keying in my complicated order. Then my SBUX phone app inexplicably wigged out I couldn?t use my stars ?? to pay for my coffee. I offered to step out of line while I got my app fixed. What A R doesn't like about Starbucks:
They have no shame when they pass off iced americanos as cold brews and don?t tell they?re not giving you what you paid for. The difference in taste is obvious and it happens a lot at the drive through and with mobile orders. View all feedback.
Loved the coffee and the staff. The cashier Chris was fantastic in showcasing the new coconut milk vanilla drink. He described it so well that I had to have one. Thank goodness he did because I loved it. It was a really great experience. The rest of the staff was great also. Best Starbucks I have been to in a while and I go very often.
The drinks were made perfect but the reason i?m giving three stars is because the barista who took my drive thru order was so rude. I ordered my daughter a drink with no whip and kindly asked for a flat lid. To which she replied in a condescending tone all drinks with no whip get a flat lid. Even though sometimes when there is an overflow they will put a bubble lid on?.Then when I went to order my drink she just sighed heavily over the speaker. I almost just left right then and there. Getting Starbucks is usually a highlight of my day but not this time.
Jesus. Armani is the most rude worker ever!! All I wanted was a coffee. I shouldn't be expected to dig thru everyone else's food and drinks to get it. Thus Type of behavior is totally unacceptable. Customer service is important to client retention. Clearly the management here doesn't know this.

Best service and teamwork EVER! Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and made me feel like I was the number 1 customer! The location was also very chill and I was able to concentrate and get work done for 2 hrs straight! I wasn't able to catch all the names but if you were working from 8 am-10am on 4/25/22 YOU ARE AWESOME!
