not Italian, just “Italian” sound. I noticed from their pasta menus, they even say amantricana, but with napolita that doesn't make any sense. also her carboana used wobble, speck, ame creme. carbonara has no wobble and looked in it, and no parmigiano (they use grana padamo instead) and surprisingly no egg!
