This is a real locals cafe. We have walked past it many times and it looks very rough and ready, but the smells from the kitchen convinced us otherwise. Have to be honest and say we have only eaten chicken chips here! And its fabulous. FRESH chips, an essential part of the chicken piri piri experience in Portugal! When I entered, the waiter looked at me as to an estrangeiro not welcome. I asked for the chicken piri piri and got a not pleasant answer that it was not available yet. It seemed also more expensive than in other places. I left and went to my neighbours restaurant that is small but has quality. View all feedback.
Friendly people, good foor for a very good price. They are every day open except on Thuesday. They have a terrace and Free Wifi.
If you looking for a homemade, local food this is the place! They do the best petiscos . Delicious chicken piri piri and fresh fish!
