SUS Douro - S DOMINGOS

O Sus é vizinho do Castas e Pratos, e creio que do mesmo dono, e não fica nada atras. Decoração muito gira e espaço bem conseguido. Menu de almoço relativamente acessível para um sitio daqueles, com um dos melhores risottos que comi na vida. Para finalizar uma torta de laranja. Delicioso! A repetir.

Uma experiência que recomendo para quem visitar a Régua!Localização ótima, com vista para a estação de comboios, uma das características interessantes do restaurante. A comida estava boa (costelinhas excelentes, embora os filetes de polvo não estivessem ao nível das costelinhas). O serviço foi impecável e o restaurante (muito bem decorado, aliás) é muito agradável tanto para jantar, como almoçar. Preços acessíveis. Sem dúvida que vale a pena lá ir!

If you don't mind the waiter being pushy about the wine and the porto, doesn't give a smile or a friendly word, and the rest of the staff walking around cheerlessly, then SUS could be the right place to be. The food is very good, though portions are a little small for Portuguese standards. The interior is nice. But all in all the atmosphere is not what you want when you're going out for dinner!

Leitão muito tenrinho com pele crocante muito tostadinha quase sem gordura. Delíciaaa! Em média 30 euros por pessoa com vinho. Uma boa referência para quem aprecia leitão!

SUS was recommended to us by the owner of the Airbnb. My daughter and I decided to dine there and we were not disappointed. It was a slow night and we were one of the few couples in the restaurant. The owner and his staff were so attentive and made excellent recommendations on food and wine. We were both extremely satisfied. After the meal, we had a nice conversation with the owner and received good recommendations for winery tours and sites for the next day. This was one of the best dining experiences we had in Portugal and I would highly recommend SUS to anyone staying in Peso Da Regua or the Douro.
